Arts Temps and Creative Opportunities both help connect University of the Arts London (UAL) students and graduates with jobs in the creative industries. They work in different ways, but together they give you access to a wide range of opportunities.
Arts Temps is UAL’s in-house recruitment agency and a social enterprise. It helps place candidates into temporary and permanent roles by working closely with employers. As a London Living Wage employer and a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), it focuses on fair pay and ethical recruitment. It is also accredited by the Good Business Charter, showing its commitment to responsible business practices.
For students and graduates, Arts Temps offers paid roles, fair pay, and support throughout the recruitment process. For employers, it provides quick access to creative talent and can often fill roles within 72 hours.
Creative Opportunities is UAL’s jobs board for students and graduates. It allows employers to advertise jobs, internships, freelance roles, competitions, and volunteering opportunities directly to students and graduates. You can browse opportunities and apply yourself, making it a simple way to find roles that suit you.
Together, these two services complement each other. Creative Opportunities helps you discover and apply for roles, while Arts Temps offers a more hands-on service to help place you into jobs.
