JOB SUMMARY

As Wholesale Admin Assistant you will provide crucial support to the wholesale team. Processing orders and dealing with customer service enquiries in an efficient, timely and organised way.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting with all wholesale administration paperwork including wholesale spreadsheets, and client order history and buyer information.

Ensuring CRM databases are kept up to date at all times and providing information for Brand Managers and Director as and when required.

To be responsible for weekly product bulletin updates to buyers

To maintain and constantly update the database of buyer contacts and research new prospects

To manage the support inbox and be a main point of contact for general, customer service, stock swap and reorder enquiries

To conduct market analysis and spot new opportunities.

To monitor client markdowns and highlight to Brand Managers

To be a SOMEWHERE brand ambassador

SELLING SEASON

To book existing & target customer appointments and manage the showroom diary

To receive, unpack, prepare and price all samples at the start of the season

To assist in the set up and breakdown of the Showroom prior to and post selling season.

To ensure showroom is immaculate and samples are organised prior to and following UK selling appointments

To assist at appointments as necessary and to ensure all follow up information is emailed to buyers immediately

To resolve potential order issues and ensure all orders are returned, processed and submitted to the brand before the end of the season.

Skills and Experience

Experience working within an administration or merchandising role ideally within the fashion industry

Excellent communicator, people-person.

PC literate. (Office/ Word/Excel/Power Point/Outlook)

Excellent number and analytical skills

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to plan, multi-task and work under pressure.

Previous experience of an wholesale order systems ideally one of: BrandBoom, Navision, Joor,

Excellent problem solving attitude coupled with tenacious drive to achieve results.

Excellent personal presentation and a confident phone manner

Positive and eager to learn.
