Main Duties

The Teach China Graduate Program combines the development of practical teaching and personal development skills with pre-departure training and ongoing pastoral support.

Teaching English at a school in China, you will directly impact the lives of your students while honing presentation and leadership skills. On completion of the year-long program, you’ll have gained an exceptional insight into this fascinating country, and built an excellent foundation on which to progress your career path.

The program will enhance your global awareness, boost employability and diversify your experience. You’ll earn an excellent salary plus receive perks on top of this including an apartment or accommodation allowance, flight reimbursement, medical insurance, and airport pick up.

Essential Requirements

Working in China requires resilience and an adaptive mindset. You’ll need to have excellent communication skills, good ideas, determination and some humour! We ask that you have a global outlook, and are able to combine a strong work ethic and self-discipline with warmth and empathy.

You do not need to speak Mandarin, and applications are welcome from final year students and graduates from any subject area.
