We are a marketing agency based in the heart of London. We are growing rapidly and require a graphic designer to join the team on our journey to success. We are sociable close-knit team, who are innovative and creative thinkers.

We are looking for an ambitious, creative and strategic Social Media Executive who can keep up with trends and is driven. You will support the Social Media manager and team in a variety of campaigns, and industries. We require you to use your creative flair and attention to detail to create social media posts that are engaging for the right audience.

Day to Day task:

  • To work alongside the social media team and cultivate good working relationships with the team and other departments.
  • Work closely with the Graphic Design team to oversee the content creation for all social accounts and platforms.
  • Ensuring all social media content across all channels are consistent and on-brand
  • Monitor campaigns, analysing, reviewing and reporting on campaign effectiveness each month, and how we can improve reach and engagement with the right audience.
  • Develop and execute a best-in-class social media strategy for new and existing clients.
  • Identify and be up to date with the latest trends and opportunities to maximise social media potential.
  • Grow large followings for a variety of different brands and engage with their audiences.
  • Adapt to different clients’ brands to create and maintain a unique tone of voice and brand identity.
  • Coordinate and head regular meetings with the social media team and graphic design department and keep track of new ideas and projects.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working with corporate and social media accounts including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok
  • Experience in sourcing and planning content
  • Experience in driving engaging content that will grow social audiences
  • Experience in running paid social campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proof reading and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Evidence of your experience and notable success will need to be provided at the interview stage.
