An exciting opportunity to join the premium Myla brand. We are looking for Sales Associates to join our team and be a part of our growth and expansion.
Responsibilities: Maximise sales at every opportunity through promoting the Myla brand using all of the products & services available ensuring the standards of service consistently exceed customer expectations.
To offer and maintain exceptional one to one customer service building client relationships to ensure repeat custom and provide customers with a courteous and efficient service at all times.
To achieve set sales targets and to be aware of store performance in terms of sales & KPI’s. Providing assistance with operational tasks such as deliveries, stock replenishment and/or stock transfers.
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store at all times in accordance with visual merchandising and marketing guidelines. Any other reasonable request from your line manager.
Requirements: Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Efficient organisation and execution of workload, planning and prioritising tasks and making decisions as appropriate to ensure objectives are achieved.
Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment.
Motivated by being a team player with a common goal.
Flexibility that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours.
Skills and Experience
Must have previous retail experience, preferably in luxury market.
