Sales Associate / Fine Jewellery Specialist
As a Fine Jewellery Sales Associate and Specialist, you will represent our brand by promoting and selling our jewellery to clients in store, telling the brand story and our unique creations with a sustainable, ethical and innovative ethos.
Other duties will consist of responding to customer service emails and enquiries, keeping the boutique in immaculate order, arranging the window and in-store displays, dealing with money, orders and stock control, as well as bespoke and client services, such as taking in repairs and alterations.
As part of a small and dedicated team in this fast-growing business you may also be required to assist with other tasks, such as administration for wholesale accounts and PR activities, including attending and planning special events and assisting with celebrity and fashion editorial stylists.
Qualifications in jewellery and gemmology are beneficial; experience in customer service within the fine jewellery or luxury retail industry is fundamental, along with an aptitude for sales. You will need to be honest, reliable, polite and personable, with good attention to detail and a passion for jewellery, craftsmanship and design.
Full and part time roles available.
