Reflaunt: Business Analytics Leader (The Mills Fabrica portfolio company) - Based in Singapore
We are looking for a talented, passionate and hands-on Business Analytics Leader to lead a core part of our product: our analytics and reporting tools and dashboard. You will be responsible in continuously building the analytics dashboard of our SAAS service and customising it to our different clients.
You will work closely with the CEO and CTO, becoming one of the first Reflaunt’s key hire. You will have a team of tech at your disposal and in a later stage, you will be able to hire a team of your own.

Skills and Experience
Pull and model data from our ecosystem, internal and external in order to create quantitative models of business trends and, where relevant, implement process improvements.
• Consult and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical or technical requirements. You are at the centre of the software development team – interacting with business users such as brands, retailers and marketplaces, the sales team, the IT team and end users.
Drive fresh initiatives for financial planning and business intelligence systems.
Understand quantitative factors but also understand their business impact.
Run quantitative analysis and have basic R / Python skills.
Execute quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights and business insights; provide analytical and data-driven decision-making support for key project.
Develop and automate bespoke reports, dashboards and establish the right metrics for monitoring the business for our brand/retailer sales team as well as for the distribution/marketplaces sales team.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience writing SQL queries, working with datasets and developing analytical solutions for business problems.
Experience and good knowledge of retail/ecommerce is a plus
Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits.
Experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis combined with understanding of key performance indicators.
Demonstrated knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
Ability to extract business insights from large datasets and use them to drive business
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills with effective verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
Work closely with marketplace/distribution sales team to analyse and report their performance and insights. Build valuable reports and bring consistency to reporting setup, analysis, and data presentation and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
