The studio is looking for a friendly and effective receptionist to join the Studio Experience team.
You will make the first impression for everyone visiting the studio including our visitors, guests and other enquiries. You will greet everyone warmly and make them feel at home. You will help provide refreshments to meetings and contribute to events the studio experience team organises.
You will also be answering and redirecting all internal and external phone calls as well as filtering the studio general enquiry mailbox. You need to keep an eye on the studio’s stock and make supply orders when needed. As the receptionist you need to receive and arrange deliveries and mails. You will also need to keep the studio clean and tidy.
Skills and Experience
You need to have a warm and friendly approach with people. Previous experience on receptionist would be an advantage however training will be given if needed. The key qualities we are looking for in candidates are a positive attitude and ‘can do’ spirit as well as flexibility and a great team player.
