Job Responsibilities:


- Offering exceptional customer service and after sales care, advising & assisting customers in order to help them find what they need
- Ensuring stock levels are well maintained, arranging stock orders and delivery
- Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability
- Processing payments and closing tills
- Arranging window and shop displays
- Keep the shop floor and product display clean and tidy, ensuring it reflects brand image
- Ensuring a high quality standard for all products through frequent quality control
- Handling customer complaints and/or forwarding them to the management
- Meeting sales targets on a monthly basis
- Promoting special offers and promotions
- Carry out further tasks when needed as delegated by the manager or supervisor

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in retail beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Keen interest in the company’s products and values
- Flexibility to work on both weekdays or weekends
- Clean and professional attire
- Good numerical skills
- Good command of the English language
