Part Time Receptionist for a Pilates Studio
This role focuses primarily on giving a warm welcome to all clients, teachers and students arriving for classes, courses and workshops and dealing with phone calls, emails and bookings. The job holder will also be expected to: * Ensure that ‘front of house’ is always very representative and that all facilities are as they should be * Answer, and professionally handle, any incoming telephone calls * Administer client payments where needed * Make group class or studio bookings for clients * Monitor and, if appropriate, forward or respond to any incoming emails * Generally ensure the smooth running of the Body Control Pilates Centre * Coordinate studio allocation for classes or workshops * Perform admin tasks and other duties, as needed
Skills and Experience
We are looking for somebody to work 2-4 evenings per week 5pm- 8.30pm Monday to Thursday and Fridays 9am-5pm. Please let us know on application how many evenings you can work and if you can work on Fridays.

Skills required are; An excellent verbal and written command of English * Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner * Ideally, previous Reception or Customer Service experience * A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Training will be given on our other booking systems. *Knowledge of Pilates * We are looking for somebody who friendly and keen to learn.
