We are looking for an Operations Associate who will help us to consistently provide amazing support to our customers as well as order stock from partners, ensuring it’s done accurately and efficiently.
The role is primarily based remotely and includes morning, day, evening and/or weekend shifts depending on your flexibility. You will need to visit our London office in Aldgate for initial training.
Skills and Experience
- Reporting technical issues as you encounter them
- Checking through delayed orders and actioning to ensure our users are provided with the best experience
- Ordering from multiple partner sites within tight deadlines
- Escalating support cases to appropriate members of the team
- Providing an amazing support experience for our customers
