Main Duties

  • Utilise working files from external agencies to localise content for hotels and other mediums
  • Partner with external creative agencies to develop content
  • Co-develop creative directions and solutions for brand and hotels
  • Manage design projects with external vendors, including printers - select paper type, negotiate quotes, prepare and submit print-ready files to meet vendor specifications, proofread and quality check all materials before routing for internal approvals, and ensure timely delivery of final materials - when applicable
  • Ensure brand and hotels' visual voice is current and cohesive across all digital channels
  • Create and implement, in conjunction with Group Director of Marketing & Brand, collateral and signage for hotels, ensuring each reflects the brand's aesthetic and voice, and serve to enhance guests and staff experience at every touchpoint
  • Design promotional materials for brand, hotels, and ancillary outlets (F&B, Conferences, etc.) for print and digital channels
  • Create and execute design concepts while maintaining brand style guidelines and usability

Skills and Experience

  • Must submit a portfolio of design-based work
  • Proven ability to work creatively within brand guidelines
  • Experience in creating designs for print and digital media
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Proven experience in graphic design. Ideally at minimum, previous middlweight industry experience
