Main Duties

Respons­ib­il­it­ies include but are not lim­ited to:

  • Con­duct­ing mar­ket research to identify new trends, fab­rics, and tech­niques, and seek­ing design inspir­a­tion
  • Man­aging the design pro­cess from con­cep­tion through to final styl­ing
  • Pro­du­cing up to 10 pieces per pro­ject
  • Doc­u­ment­ing the whole pro­cess and assist­ing with the present­a­tion of the items for mar­ket­ing pur­poses
  • Build­ing mean­ing­ful rela­tion­ships with cus­tom­ers, includ­ing writ­ing hand­writ­ten notes when they pur­chase a piecež

Skills and Experience


  • Study­ing towards Bach­elor’s or Mas­ter’s Degree in Fash­ion Design (or equi­val­ent) or a recent gradu­ate in a related field
  • Superb design and con­cep­tual skills
  • Highly motiv­ated, reli­able, and self-dir­ec­ted with a high work ethic
  • Innov­at­ive, optim­istic, and ready to be chal­lenged
  • Excel­lent verbal and writ­ten com­mu­nic­a­tion skills
  • Great Eng­lish com­mu­nic­a­tion skills, both writ­ten and spoken. Extra lan­guages are a plus
  • Able to meet dead­lines
  • Able to work in a team or alone
  • Pre­ferred but not needed: pre­vi­ous work/intern­ship exper­i­ence
