Ecommerce Customer Service Associate

OUR ONLINE STORE
Our Online store offers the full range of Underground products to our customers across the world. We offer products from stock as well as limited edition releases and custom-made order options. We ship internationally to supplement our Global stockists and provide a very personal service for our customers.
Based at our Highbury studio with responsibility for the day to day operations of the online store.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS SPECIFICALLY SALES BASED AND REQUIRES GOOD CONSUMER INTERACTION SKILLS
The key responsibilities are.
Assisting with specific consumer enquiries and providing consumers with personalised product and brand information. Interacting with the consumer by phone and mail
Responsibility for merchandising the online sales categories, ensuring that content on the ecommerce stores reflects the current marketing campaigns and is consistent with the products available.
Updating content on the ecommerce stores using analytical data, SEO, broad brand marketing campaigns and focused social media activities
Responsibility for the visual merchandising of the products and categories online and for the visual merchandising according to the Underground brand guidelines and in parallel with social media activities.
Processing of all online orders, credit checking and dispatching from our third-party logistics warehouse.
Assisting with product exchanges and refunds.
Tracking consumer orders and providing tracking information to the consumer. Advising customers on the product options available
Engaging customers with information about the brand and our social media
Above all- being an ambassador for the brand to present and promote our products.
Our online store provides customers with a very high level of customer service. Staff receive ongoing product and customer service training to ensure that we provide a good brand experience to our international client base.
All candidates are expected to have at least one years’ experience in online retail fashion and a genuine desire to provide good service levels to the customer.

Skills and Experience
