Main Duties

ArtistsFloor is an art education platform and its main mission is to create a community of budding artists from around the city, providing a variety of programmes, specially formulated sessions and collaboration opportunities. ArtistsFloor has a unique proposition that will act as a hub for art cross-culture, providing professional art instruction in different mediums and fields. ArtistsFloor as an art education platform and teaching institution used to be based in High Street Kensington, London. Currently the business model has changed from physical workshop space to online platforms. ArtistsFloor 2020 and 2021 will develop online art courses and variety of online art contents. The future candidate will help the platform to grow in the online art education industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online marketing campaigns. The candidate should be able to think strategically across different social media platforms and own the creation process from inception to production. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

· Define and execute the marketing and communication activities (strategy and marketing the online art courses; marketing strategy will be discussed and there will be a road map to follow)

· Provide digital support for marketing such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (working closely with the graphic designer of the team)

· Maintain websites, social media campaigns, newsletters and emails (automations)

· Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand

· Plan and execute online campaigns

· Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics (Facebook and google)

· Track, analyze and report the success of those online campaigns

· Create online and offline marketing content

· Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads

· Multi-task while designing components of various projects

Skills and Experience

Qualifications

· Previous entry-level experience in marketing

· Experience on various social media platforms

· Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator
