Main Duties

· Providing efficient and timely responses to enquiries from various channels such as live chat, email and third-party websites.

· Creating bespoke map designs for customers and offering advice on the best gifting solutions.

· Manage packing and quality control of orders dispatched in house.

· Liaising with couriers to organise collections and deliveries. 

· Assisting with social media and online marketing.

· Telephone sales support, providing customers with an excellent customer service experience. Going above and beyond what is required and ensuring they are updated regularly regarding ongoing enquiries. 

Skills and Experience

· Organised and proactive. 

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop on Mac is essential.

· Polite and competent customer service approach. 

· Excellent written and verbal English language communications skills, impeccable telephone manner and warm writing style. 

· An eye for creative layout and product design. 

· A quick learner who works diligently, with the ability to independently solve problems.

· Fast and efficient, relishing attention to detail.
