Main Duties

  • Supporting CRM Manager, Editor and eCommerce Manager with email, article and newsletter copy
  • Assisting eCommerce and Marketing teams with optimisation and testing of product meta data
  • Assisting with the build and development of Buying Guides and other key information pages on LuxDeco.com
  • Assisting eCommerce and Marketing teams with key campaign and homepage messaging across LuxDeco.com
  • Working with Buying team to optimise brand and product attributions/descriptions from external suppliers
  • Collaborating with eCommerce Assistant to streamline product launch/upload processes
  • Effective maintenance and evolution of the product launch/upload calendar
  • Creating and developing product descriptions for all new products on LuxDeco.com

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • An interest in interior design and a general knowledge of the industry
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised & self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
  • Strong commercial awareness of e-commerce and SEO best practices
  • Previous experience in product copywriting for home decor and furniture categories
  • A team player with a passion for developing a career in copywriting and e-commerce
