Main Duties
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Workshop Instructor to lead our candle making workshops and support customers throughout their creative experience.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will guide guests step-by-step while maintaining a smooth and enjoyable studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Welcome customers and guide them through the workshop experience
2. Introduce candle making projects and help customers choose designs
3. Demonstrate techniques such as melting, pouring, decorating, and finishing
4.Provide hands-on support during sessions to ensure good results
5. Deliver a simple safety briefing and supervise throughout the workshop
6. Pack finished candles neatly (gift-ready packaging)
7. Keep the studio clean, organised, and running smoothly
8. Maintain a warm, calm, and premium experience for guests

Skills and Experience Required
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (Native Speaker Preferred)
- Friendly, patient, and confident with customers
- Reliable and responsible
- Interest in crafts, DIY, or creative work
- Experience in candle making, crafts, or workshop teaching is a plus (not required)
- Able to commute to Stratford, London (E15)
