Visual Content Creation

Main Duties

Principally focussed on video and photo content for use in a more ‘tasteful lifestyle way’ on social media.

1. Create refined visual content that brings Sowvital’s fragranced care products to life across digital channels.
2. Develop simple, considered visual moments that explore scent, texture, light, and everyday ritual.
3. Style and film products with a strong sense of proportion, materiality, and restraint.
4. Edit content with care and intention, preserving a calm, elevated aesthetic.
5. Interpret creative briefs and visual references, contributing your own visual judgement and ideas.
6. Build a growing library of thoughtful visual assets, including both finished pieces and raw material.
7. Collaborate closely with the Sowvital team through feedback and iteration, shaping a consistent visual language over time.
8. Take part in occasional London-based shoot days, while working independently and managing your own creative process day to day.

Skills and Experience Required

1. A strong visual sensibility and an instinct for mood, proportion, and restraint.
2. An interest in lifestyle, fragrance, design, or visual culture, with an ability to translate this into simple visual moments.
3. Confidence shooting content on an iPhone, with a basic understanding of light, framing, and movement.
4. Basic editing skills using accessible tools such as CapCut or similar.
5. The ability to work independently, follow a brief, and apply feedback thoughtfully.
6. Care and consistency in how work is produced, organised, and delivered.
7. Reliability, clear communication, and respect for deadlines.

Optional but welcome

8. Background or interest in photography, fashion, design, or visual communication.
9. Familiarity with TikTok or short-form video platforms, without reliance on trends or gimmicks.
