Main Duties

Remote | Flexible Hours | Reporting to Social Media Manager 

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Virtual Assistant to provide flexible support across two beautiful brands: The Curated Wedding and Offley Place.
This role blends creative social media tasks with general admin and coordination, helping our small team run smoothly and consistently deliver polished content.
It’s a freelance, remote position with flexible working hours — perfect for someone who’s both detail-oriented and creative.

Key Responsibilities

General Admin & Coordination

  • Manage shared team folders, keeping assets and documents organised
  • Liaise with photographers, videographers, and other suppliers to source content and information
  • Keep project/task trackers up to date in Notion or other tools
  • Support the Social Media Manager and Director with ad-hoc admin tasks
  • Assist with email follow-ups or light research tasks as required 

Content Support & Scheduling

  • Schedule approved content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
  • Draft captions and upload copy based on brand guidelines and content banks
  • Respond to comments and engage with followers (primarily Instagram & TikTok)
  • Edit and upload YouTube Shorts/long-form videos with supplied metadata
  • Pin approved content on Pinterest with SEO-friendly descriptions
  • Maintain Pinterest boards in line with our content strategy 

Content Creation Support

  • Create reels from provided photo/video content (based on guidelines provided)
  • Select/design reel covers using provided templates
  • Edit microclips and voiceover reels with supplied scripts and footage
  • Draft and schedule Instagram Stories (polls, Q&A, etc.) 

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience in the wedding or events industry

Skills and Experience Required

Who You Are

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experienced in managing tasks across multiple projects or brands
  • Confident using Google Drive, Canva, Notion, and scheduling tools (e.g., Planable, HubSpot)
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube from a business/brand perspective
  • Comfortable taking direction and following brand guidelines, but also able to spot opportunities and suggest ideas
  • A strong communicator who can work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ideally experienced in basic video editing (CapCut, Canva) and creating aesthetic content
  • Interested in weddings, events, or luxury lifestyle content
