Main Duties
- Film short-form video content during a live workshop in London (participant interactions, demonstrations, and general workshop atmosphere)
- Capture high-quality photos throughout the event for use in social media, marketing, and website content
- Work discreetly during the workshop to ensure minimal disruption to participants
- Select and provide a set of edited images and video clips after the event (light editing preferred, but not essential depending on experience)
- Follow a brief beforehand to ensure key moments and content angles are captured
- Collaborate briefly before and after the workshop to align on required shots and usage
Skills and Experience Required
- Some experience in photography and/or videography (student work, personal projects, or freelance experience all welcome)
- Confident using a camera or smartphone to capture high-quality photo and video content
- Basic understanding of framing, lighting, and capturing natural, documentary-style moments
- Able to work independently and take initiative during a live event
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a busy workshop environment
- Ideally has basic editing skills (e.g. Lightroom, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar), but not essential
- Interest in fitness, movement, or women’s health is a bonus but not required
