Video Editor (ongoing Series)

Main Duties

We’re Here Now Films – an award-winning creative video production company in London studio making powerful, human-first films for global brands.
We’re currently building out a large content series for a fast-growing health and wellness company creating premium educational content around longevity, performance, and wellbeing.

We’re looking for a brilliant freelance editor to join the team and help us cut a high-volume series of beautiful, interview-led short films (5–10 mins) over the next 3 months. Think modern masterclass meets calm cinematic storytelling — with a heavy focus on clean editing, strong narrative flow, and polished overlays.

Core Responsibilities

• Edit a high volume of short-form videos (5–10 minutes) from structured multi-cam interviews
• Build efficient, repeatable workflows in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Create cuts that feel editorially sharp, visually clean, and emotionally engaging
• Integrate motion graphics, titles, and supers using pre-built assets or After Effects templates
• Mix sound and apply subtle music and SFX for polish
• Prep final files for YouTube, Instagram, and paid social versions

Skills and Experience Required

Skills & Experience

You must have:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience editing interview-led content (branded, documentary, YouTube, podcast-style etc.)
• Clear sense of narrative structure, pacing, and story arc
• Confidence working with multicam footage and syncing audio
• Ability to work efficiently with clear feedback and fast turnarounds
• An understanding of exporting for multiple platforms (YouTube, IG, TikTok)

Bonus points for:

• Motion design experience in After Effects
• Experience building and managing editing templates or collaborative workflows
• An eye for clean, minimalist, premium visual design
• A personal interest in health, wellness, or longevity content
