Main Duties
Early Records, founded by acclaimed recording artist Nicolette, is a pioneering independent record label that releases groundbreaking pop music. The label is driven by a passion for fostering future-forward creativity and delivering unique musical experiences to audiences worldwide. At Early Records, every release reflects a commitment to artistry and innovation. We’re seeking a visionary filmmaker to create music videos and visual content that push boundaries and challenge conventions. We want someone who creates moving image work that’s never been seen before and that touches people deeply.

With potential for ongoing collaboration across future releases and visual content.
Skills and Experience Required
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is highly imaginative and wants to create work that is unique, moving, and genuinely groundbreaking, while still having a sense of play and fun
- Is a strikingly creative visual storyteller with a bold artistic voice
- Has a love of film as an art form and wants to create visual narratives that break new ground and are original and expressive.
- Feels and believes in our music deeply, and is able to transmit the vibration of the music visually
- Has a stunning, distinctive sense of colour and a unique aesthetic eye
- Has a collaborative mindset and enjoys co-creating in close dialogue with an artist
- Is reliable and communicative
- Has a good heart and is into trust and creative openness
- Enjoys holding a coherent visual world while going into new creative territory
