TikTok Shop Livestream Production Assistants

Main Duties

Freelance TikTok Shop livestream production assistants needed at a TikTok Shop Agency. The role involves the below:

• Setting up, monitoring, and taking down of some livestream equipment e.g. LEDs, soft box lights, tripods (not much more than this) and setting up the iPhone (livestream broadcasting) and iPads (one for the cues, one for the presenter to watch the livestream from and monitor viewer comments
• Ensuring brand products for the livestream are displayed well on camera to maximise TikTok livestream viewer engagement
• Writing real-time cues for the livestream presenter hosts
• Running the livestream management for the brand such as activating flash sales and giveaways, via TikTok Shop Live Manager
• We are doing shadow sessions which are part of getting you prepared and comfortable! Start dates are asap in January 2026

Skills and Experience Required

This position is ideal for students needing some work around study times. We are looking for energetic employees with a can-do attitude, that are efficient, comfortable with basic production and computer tasks, and have good communication skills and writing competence to articulate and manage presenter cues in real-time. It is great if you also have a creative eye, needed when helping display products for a brand and monitoring the camera backdrop for appropriate and aesthetic branding/product layouts.

The livestreams for each of the brands we work with, take place in central London. The successful candidates will be able to commute to studios in London.
