BELL runs creative and engaging English language summer camps across Italy, built around our EDU-TAINMENT approach—combining education and entertainment through games, songs, dancing, acting, sports, arts & crafts, and performances. Our goal is to create a positive and enjoyable learning environment where students improve their English while having fun. Each year we welcome over 2,000 campers.

Job Overview

As a Summer Camp Tutor, you will lead small groups of children in English activities and participate in larger camp games and performances. Camp days begin and end with English songs, and the programme includes group activities, creative workshops, and games designed to make learning exciting for both students and tutors.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Native-level English speaker
  • Fun, enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Flexible and open to learning new teaching methods
  • Creative and comfortable leading group activities (sports, theatre, arts & crafts, games)
  • Genuine interest in working with children (experience preferred but not required)
  • Open-minded and interested in different cultures
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
