Studio Assistant

Salary £24,250 per annum
Hours 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Main Duties

This role requires great organisation and communication skills as well as a creative eye. You will be working closely with the whole studio team to support smooth running of getting the ecommerce Imagery live to the site as well supporting in all shoot logistics for all AK Retail Group Brands

  • Supporting the sample team to manage the flow of product through all of our state of the art studios and retouch department.
  • Ensure strong communication of product prioritisation through the studio shoot processes and updating the sample coordinator on any issues.
  • Occasional Assisting in the styling prepping processes.
  • Maintain a professional and productive working environment
  • Establish and maintain close relations with Photographers, Stylists, Post production, Buying and Content teams.
  • Book and manage all model and talent logistics
  • Working with the studio and content teams to ensure the delivery statuses are up to date and samples are available to the required departments.
  • Keep sample rooms clean and tidy
  • Occasional requirement to manage sample coordination for creative shoots.

  • Ability to quickly source product images from existing libraries.
  • Understanding of usability and user experience online.
  • Basic IT skills required
