Main Duties
Sales and Shop Management:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers in-store, providing an exceptional and engaging experience, with an in-depth understanding of ORA Pearls’ products and brand story.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the shop’s visual display to a high standard, ensuring product presentations reflect the luxury and style of the brand.
- Transaction Management: Process and record transactions accurately, handle gift packing, and prepare website and trade orders daily, including shipping labels and international customs documentation.
- Customer Service: Be the point of contact for customer inquiries both in-store and online, handling returns, exchanges, bespoke item arrangements, and repairs in collaboration with the studio.
- Event Support: Assist at trade and retail events, ensuring smooth operations and customer engagement.
Executive Assistance:
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, correspondence, project deadlines, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Website Management: Upload and edit products and imagery on the company website and partner sites to ensure product details and visuals are up to date.
- Creative Projects: Provide support on creative tasks, from assisting with photoshoots to brainstorming ideas for new product displays, advertising material, and brand initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required
- Retail & Customer Service: Experience in luxury retail, sales, and customer service is preferred, though not essential.
- Creative Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a plus; an eye for visual presentation and creativity in digital content is highly valued.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic website editing, and content management. Familiarity with DHL shipping platforms is beneficial.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills—articulate, proactive, and able to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility: Willing and proactive with a can-do attitude, including weekend availability.
- Personal Presentation: Impeccable personal presentation at all times, representing the brand professionally.
