Main Duties

les spritz is an everyday SPF brand with a strong point of view – blending skincare with cultural storytelling. We’re looking for a creatively-minded student or recent grad to support our TikTok output on a rolling freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with weekly content ideation, rooted in les spritz’s world
  • Help plan and create 3x TikTok/Reels per week that feel authentic and culturally relevant
  • Assist with lightweight filming and editing (phone-based)
  • Work on series-style content that builds over time (not one-off trends)
  • Collaborate on on-screen copy, captions, and hooks that reflect our brand tone
  • Help plan and run occasional street-style or lifestyle shoots
  • Keep content assets organised (footage, drafts, references, etc.)
  • Share cultural inspiration and spot everyday behaviours that could evolve into creative formats
  • Be a sparring partner – someone who can riff with us creatively and contribute to the long-term presence of les spritz

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong interest in visual storytelling, content creation, or branding
  • Confident using TikTok (both as a creator and consumer)
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar mobile-friendly tools)
  • A good instinct for what makes content feel real, not forced – you value tone, pacing, and perspective
  • Comfortable filming content on your phone
  • Strong written communication, especially for short-form copy like captions, hooks, and on-screen text
  • Organised and self-sufficient – able to manage files, stay on top of weekly content cadence, and follow through on ideas
  • Open to feedback and collaborative working – you’ll work directly with the founder and be part of building something from the ground up
  • Interest in skincare, beauty, or youth culture is a plus, but not essential
  • Bonus: photography, creative direction, or previous experience in content creation
