The role
We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist to work closely with Alfie Steiner (@alfiecooks) across his entire social media presence – including organic content, branded campaigns, and in-person events.
This is a hands-on creative role that would sit at the heart of Alfie’s output. You’ll help shape how Alfie shows up on Instagram, YouTube, Substack, TikTok, Facebook and beyond – turning ideas and briefs into social-first formats that deliver high quality, authentic and engaging content.
You’ll work directly with Alfie and Juiced World (his management company), acting as a creative partner and organiser – helping bring ideas to life, plan content, and deliver for commercial partners as Alfie’s brand continues to grow.
What you’ll be doing
Creative strategy
- Help shape Alfie’s platform-specific strategy across organic and branded content.
- Turn ideas and briefs into social first formats and storylines that feel native to Alfie’s channels, as well as bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Social-first thinking
- Apply a strong understanding of what performs on social media to maximise reach, engagement and audience growth.
- Knowledge of social media trends + experience engaging with online communities.
Content planning & organisation
- Work closely with Alfie to help plan and coordinate his content calendar across all channels, ensuring content is coordinated + published simultaneously.
- Support ideation, pre-production and delivery across organic and branded content.
- Support community engagement across AlfieCooks channels, helping nurture and grow an active, loyal audience.
Skills and Experience Required
Who you are
- You have experience working in the world of social media and content production.
- You have opinions and aren’t afraid to share them, creatively and constructively
- You have an interest in food, or working in the food world.
- You’re comfortable working closely with talent and being involved in shoots and activations.
- You have a strong understanding of the food and creator social media landscape
- You enjoy working in a small, fast-moving setup and are excited by the opportunity to help shape a creator-led brand as it grows.
- You’re London based and able to work in-person, as well as hybrid as required.
