Main Duties

Caleño Drinks are looking for a creative and proactive social media assistant to support us in growing our brand, Caleno Drinks on social media – mainly Instagram and TikTok.Caleño is a B-Corp, female-founded range of alcohol-free spirits that is on a mission to bring joy to not drinking. Caleño is fun, tropical Columbian-inspired and priorities sustainability, joy, quality liquid and providing a fun alternative to alcoholic drinks. The goal of the brand is to become the no. 1 non-alc rum brand in the UK and be top of mind when our audience considers not drinking alcohol.

Caleño has a good social following and engagement on Instagram & TikTok but we are looking for someone to elevate these platforms and show Caleño as the fun non-alc rum brand vs it’s competitors. You’ll be responsible for bringing our social strategy to life by creating engaging and trending content, building the Caleño community and showcasing the brand in a colourful, joyful and tropical way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and trending content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, featuring ways to drink Caleno, how you can have fun without alcohol, and the benefits of not drinking alcohol.
  • Visit bars (on-trade accounts) to capture content for videos/photos
  • Repurpose existing content into graphics and videos
  • Design on-brand graphics for Instagram/Facebook to use for competition posts, cocktail recipes, and educational content
  • Manage community engagement on Instagram and TikTok (comments, DM’s, interactions)

Skills and Experience Required

About You:

  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends and best practices
  • Experience of creating short-form video content and editing directly in-app or with Canva
  • Comfortable visiting and filming in bars and occassionally attending events to capture content
  • Confident designing assets in Canva
  • Creative, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Previous experience within customer service or social media community management
  • Have a strong use of intiative and be proactive
