Social Media and Content Assistant

Main Duties

We’re a London-based music marketing agency looking for a freelance Social Media & Content Assistant to support with content creation, scheduling, and light community management for the record labels we work with.

The ideal candidate would be creative, organised, and with a passion for music. We work across genres, predominantly in the electronic, dance and contemporary classical worlds.

Responsibilities

– Plan and schedule content (Instagram & TikTok)
– Create static posts, carousels, and simple reels
– Edit short-form video content
– Support with caption writing
– Monitor comments
– Repurpose content across platforms
– Support campaign ideas, partnerships and storytelling
– Track engagement, insights and growth opportunities.

Skills and Experience Required

– A love of music and an interest in the industry
– Experience in content creation and managing social media accounts
– Have a strong eye for design and brand consistency
– Strong editing and post-production skills: can edit short-form video confidently using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro etc.
– Are organised and proactive and comfortable working independently
– Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Design or similar tools
– Basic copywriting skills
– Basic graphic design skills
