Main Duties
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Sales Support
Welcome interior designers and clients to the showroom, offering a warm, professional, and design-led experience. Assist with product enquiries, guide clients through collections, and support the sales process from initial interest to order placement. - Sample & Product Handling
Manage showroom samples, including rug swatches, colour poms, and sample books. Prepare and organise sample packs for client presentations, and coordinate dispatches and returns efficiently. - Showroom Presentation
Maintain the visual standards of the showroom, ensuring displays are clean, well-organised, and aligned with Aarohana’s brand aesthetic. Assist with styling and seasonal updates of displays. - Order & Admin Support
Assist with preparing quotations, proformas, and invoices. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and sample movements using internal systems. - Design & Project Coordination Support
Work closely with the team to support bespoke projects—helping with measurements, basic CAD coordination (if applicable), colour referencing, and tracking project progress. - Supplier & Logistics Coordination
Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners for sample shipments and order dispatches. Track deliveries and ensure timely communication with clients. - Marketing & Events Support
Assist with showroom events, design week preparations, and client outreach. Support basic content creation for social media (photography, reels, etc.) when required. - General Studio Support
Handle day-to-day studio operations, including answering calls/emails, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth running of the showroom.
Skills and Experience Required
- Friendly, confident, and professional with strong communication skills
- Interest in interiors, design, or textiles (experience preferred but not essential)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and hands-on, with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
