Main Duties

We’re looking for someone that will play a key role in our Front of House and Bar team ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for artists, audiences and staff. This is a fast-paced public-facing role that requires multitasking skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet. Although no prior experience is required, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of customer service principles, possess a strong work ethic and self motivation. The chosen candidate will be doing 1 or 2 shifts a week with the possibility of doing more in the future.

  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Checking in customers for shows
  • Managing shows; learning basic tech for sound and lighting
  • Working behind the bar
  • Managing guest behaviour during shows
  • Dealing with customer queries and issues, and ensuring they are resolvedefficiently and in a friendly manner
  • Completing an end of shift report-  Working with acts, producers, etc. to facilitate all show requests
  • Communicating with the bar and FOH respectively during shift.

Essential:

All shifts will be in the evenings and it is essential you are able to work at weekends too. We pay £13.05/hour, with the possibility of this being increased with skills, responsibility and experience.
