About Shackleton
At Shackleton, we create performance apparel and expedition travel. Inspired by the courage and endurance of Sir Ernest Shackleton, we design with purpose: to equip and inspire everyone to live courageously.
We’re now growing our in-house creative capability, building content that inspires exploration, courage and performance.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Junior Content and Campaign Designer to join our Brand & Creative team – a hands-on, imaginative visual storyteller and detailed stills and moving footage designer who can help bring the Shackleton brand to life across paid and owned channels.
You’ll support the creation of video, photography, digital advertising, email and social assets – contributing to the look, feel and performance of Shackleton campaigns.
This is an ideal first role for a graduate designer who thrives in these skill sets and is passionate about adventure, design and storytelling through visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Design and layout of static performance marketing assets (paid social, display, YouTube, email, CRM).
- Editing and adapting video content for different channel formats and audiences.
- Collaborate with the in-house marketing team and external partners on shoots, storytelling and campaign toolkits.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, maintaining Shackleton’s refined expedition aesthetic and expert coach tone of voice.
- Prepare artwork and exports for media partners and channel uploads to key paid platforms to ensure a technically seamless and on time in full delivery process.
- Contribute creative ideas to briefs and brainstorms for upcoming campaigns.
- Have an eye for detail and passion for great copy adapted for impact for consumers. We have a high volume of campaign assets and formats, so we need a commitment to detail in a seamless omni channel UX.
- Stay on top of visual trends in outdoor, adventure and luxury performance sectors.
Skills and Experience Required
About You
- Recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Design or a related field.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Some experience with video editing, animation, or social media formats (Meta Reels TikTok, YouTube).
- Confident eye for layout, typography and photographic composition.
- Passionate about storytelling, design craft and adventure culture.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and excited to learn in a fast-paced brand environment.
- Interest in outdoor performance, exploration or the natural world.
What You’ll Gain
- Mentorship from experienced brand, performance and creative leads.
- Opportunity to work on real campaign projects across international channels.
- Hands-on learning in brand design, digital production and content marketing.
- Exposure to high-end product storytelling and heritage-inspired brand design.
