Main Duties
Service Centre Advisors act as the first point of contact for residents, responding to enquiries primarily by telephone and email. This includes handling housing, rent, and repairs related queries; accurately logging requests; resolving issues where possible at first contact; and following actions through to completion.
Advisors are expected to take ownership of cases and deliver a high quality, professional service. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners, maintaining accurate records, and communicating clearly and sensitively with residents adhering to our policy and procedures.
Full training is provided.
Skills and Experience Required
The role is open to a wide range of applicants. You do not need prior experience in the housing sector. We are looking for people who are interested in working in housing and public services, with strong communication skills and a genuine customer-focused approach.
