Main Duties
- Lead the end-to-end production of our Creative Projects.
- Oversee budgeting, planning and delivery of projects. Working closely with your teamto develop methods, materials and timings for all project builds.
- Use your in-depth knowledge of the outdoor space, materials, prop making and innovation to help make our projects unique.
- Drive projects forward and create the perfect balance between quality, budget, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop innovative solutions.
- Managing multiple stakeholders through strong communication and organisational skills.
- Work with and manage external suppliers, contractors, and freelancers to ensure that deadlines are achieved, and the client brief is met.
- Manage, mentor and develop your team.
- Champion a strong commitment to Health & Safety, ensuring compliance and best practices are always followed.
- Maintaining high production management standards and assure quality control of all projects.
- Drive sustainability improvements in production.
- Resource planning and scheduling.
Skills and Experience Required
- You will have a full understanding of the lifecycle and process of a production, from pitch and creative concept through to onsite delivery – with the ability to drive all the elements in between.
- You will have a solid understanding of structural build and technical set up.
- You will have experience in some or all of the following: fabrication, print, construction, prop making, outdoor staging, outdoor events or related fields.
- You will possess a senior level of production insight and knowledge to collaborate on creative ideas and treatments with the design team. Motivated to always push creative ideas as far as possible to deliver the best possible results.
- You will have a high cultural radar with a finger on the pulse across all areas of art, design, music and culture with a genuine love of the street and our clients.
- You will have a desire to drive innovation within the business, creating beautiful & impactful work that strives to make a difference (environmentally and socially)
- You will be calm, supportive and organised with a meticulous attention to detail.
- You will have strong budgeting, supplier tendering, and cost efficiency skills.
- You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and design software
- You will possess a good grounding of knowledge of health and safety compliance in installation and production.
- You will be adept at working across multiple work streams with a natural ability to multitask where required.
- You will be very organised, diligent and a keen and concise communicator.
- You will have previous experience managing and mentoring a team.
