Main Duties

We are seeking a highly organised and diligent Sampling Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is a behind-the-scenes but vital role, ideal for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience

within a well-respected business. You will play a crucial role in our sales support process by managing the

flow of product samples requested by our clients and sales team.

This is a standout opportunity for someone looking to grow their CV with relevant industry experience in a

company that is trusted by leading interior designers and architects.

Duties include but are not limited to:

– Maintaining an organised record of sample requests from the sales team within shared systems

– Placing sample orders with a wide range of specialist international suppliers

– Receiving and checking incoming samples, ensuring accuracy

– Diligently labelling samples using internal product references

– Packaging sample requests, creating shipping labels, and coordinating shipments

– Ensuring each step is completed with the highest level of accuracy

– Collaborating with the sales team for more complex requests

– Maintaining meticulous organisation of the sample stock room

Skills and Experience Required
