Job Summary
As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and deepening client relationships. You’ll manage a portfolio of B2B clients, uncover new business opportunities, and help shape a best-in-class customer experience through proactive sales, strategic account management, and regular in-person visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationships & Account Management – Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients, building long-term relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities through regular communication and performance reviews.
- Sales Development & Revenue Generation – Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outbound engagement, and industry networking to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Client Visits & On-Site Service – Plan showroom appointments and conduct monthly sales trip to build relationships and identify growth opportunities with professional, responsive service.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity within internal systems and participate in quarterly sales review.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal departments including buying & merchandising, marketing and warehouse departments to ensure alignment of strategy, consistency of service, and effective issue resolution.
Skills and Experience Required

- Valid UK driving license and flexibility for travel
