RETAIL LEADERS GRADUATE PROGRAMME 2026 (Republic of Ireland)

Salary £32,500 per annum
Hours Full time
Location Ireland (Nationwide)
Closing Date 05 November 2025
Position Type Full Time
Advert expires on 05 November 2025

Main Duties

Due to high interest, this role may close earlier than advertised. We recommend applying as soon as possible.

Great stores need great leaders. This programme is designed to accelerate you into store leadership, combining hands-on experience with structured development. From day one, you’ll be rolling up your sleeves, delivering for customers, and learning what it takes to run a multi-million-pound store.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll begin your journey as a Customer Assistant, gaining first-hand experience of the routines and processes that keep our stores running smoothly. This grounding will give you insight into every department and help you understand the impact each role has on our customers. By December, you’ll already be leading your own project in store, building confidence and accountability.

From there, you’ll step into a Shift Manager role, taking responsibility for leading and motivating a team. You’ll continue to progress towards Deputy Store Manager and Store Manager positions within 12–18 months, gaining the skills and experience to manage an entire store, deliver regional projects, and strengthen your commercial understanding.

Skills and Experience Required

What you’ll need

You don’t need a specific degree subject to apply. This is about mindset: ambition, resilience, and determination. You’ll need strong communication skills, the ability to adapt quickly, and the confidence to step up and lead.

What we look for

We’re looking for curious, ambitious people who are ready to take responsibility and shape the future of retail. You’ll thrive here if you’re a team player who builds trust quickly, embraces challenges, and keeps calm under pressure. With a genuine interest in customers and a passion for delivering great service, you’ll grow into a confident leader ready to inspire others and drive success.

Requirements

  • To have completed a degree by the start of the programme.
