Main Duties
Sales:
• Proactively driving sales & hitting monthly targets.
• Reporting to SB and the production team on sales as well as offering weekend analysis and insights.
• Maintaining a good product knowledge to be able to offer advice.
Stock Management:
• Responsible for updating the digital database.
• Working alongside the shop manager & the production team on customisable stock.
Studio Assistance
• Managing the cleaning and maintenance of the shop during weekends.
• Assisting on all practicalities such as flowers, hospitality etc.
Customer Care
• Assisting with any enquiries online inclusive of social media, WhatsApp and email as well as In-Store
Marketing
• Assisting our Head of Comms to implement marketing initiatives – events, social media content, window displays and such like
Please note that weekend work is an essential component of this role.
Skills and Experience Required
What we Require: The weekend sales assistant will be responsible for assisting the shop manager on Saturday’s & Sundays in the running of our Elizabeth Street retail space. This is a role for someone with experience in offering knowledgeable, warm and effective customer service in the fine jewellery industry. The right candidate will be a natural sales associate, keen to work in a team and support in person sales of SB Ready to Wear. Knowledge & prior experience within jewellery and gemstones is beneficial but not essential.
