Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of our community projects on a part-time basis (just 4 hours per week).
This role is ideal for a university student, recent graduate, or anyone who is passionate about social impact, diversity, and community development.
Skills and Experience Required
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and coordination of community activities such as English classes, youth projects, and cultural workshops.
Engage young people and volunteers, ensuring they feel empowered and included.
Collect feedback and ideas from participants (including short discussion videos).
Promote activities on social media (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) by sharing stories and highlights.
Assist with simple monitoring and reporting of project progress.
Person Specification
We are looking for someone who is:
Enthusiastic, creative, and interested in community engagement.
A good communicator (spoken and written).
Organised and reliable, even with a small number of hours.
Confident using social media or digital tools.
Interested in themes such as integration, equality, and diversity.
(Experience in volunteering, youth work, or event planning is a bonus but not essential.)
