Main Duties
Crazy Peach Art Foundation is looking for a sharp, organised, slightly eccentric human to help us manage creative chaos.
We recently wrapped up a busy open call, and things are moving fast. I can’t juggle it all alone anymore — so I’m looking for someone who can help with day-to-day operations, project logistics, and occasionally “be present” on my behalf when I can’t be there in person.
This is a part-time paid role, ideal for students, recent graduates, or freelancers with flexible schedules and a proactive mindset.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with partners via email and phone
- Take clear meeting notes and track action points
- Occasionally attend meetings or events in my place, observe, and report back
- Assist with basic finance admin, file organisation, and event prep
- Maintain and update our Notion workspace and Google Drive
- Respond promptly to messages — no need to be always online, but good communication is essential
Time & Pay:
- Approx. 1 day/week in-person + 1 day remote (flexible scheduling)
- Paid hourly for ongoing support tasks
- Larger tasks or projects may be paid on a per-project basis
- We value clear communication and results over rigid schedules
- Minimum 3-month commitment, with the option to continue if we’re a good fit
Skills and Experience Required
You Might Be a Good Fit If:
- You live in London and are available for 1 in-person day per week
- You’re detail-oriented, self-motivated, and good at following through
- You’re comfortable using Notion and Google Drive (or willing to learn quickly)
- You have experience or interest in art, design, or creative production
- You enjoy bringing structure to messy, fast-moving situations
- You’re a student, recent grad, or freelancer with flexible availability
Bonus Points If You:
- Love to bring order to chaos
- Have a habit of turning vague ideas into actionable to-do lists
- Take creative work seriously, but don’t take yourself too seriously
