Merchandiser / Garment Technician (Graduate / Entry Level)

Main Duties

1. Support the processing and tracking of customer orders
2. Assist designer in research and prepare the portfolio
3. Resolve customer complaint and return goods
4. Support team members with day-to-day operational tasks

Skills and Experience Required

1. Recent Fashion / Fashion Technology graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience
2. Interest in fashion and merchandising
3. Good communication and teamwork skills
4. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
5. Good driving experience
