Main Duties
Do you want to be part of a User Experience start-up based in London? This is an entry-level opportunity to work at UX Connections marketing the company to potential clients.
This salaried position with paid holiday is available immediately for the right candidate. We’re looking for a conscientious, proactive and competent person to join our new department. You’ll be joining ‘on the ground floor’ of our young company and developing marketing initiatives, working with the team to develop both personal and company brands.
This is a primarily work-from-home job with an optional 1-2 days per week in our Central London office to spend time with the team.
Once working days are agreed on discussion (3, 4 or 5 per week) these will be fixed and salary pro-rata.
Background
UX Connections is a digital design consultancy founded in London, with offices recently opened in New York, Dubai and Sydney. This is a B2B marketing role (business-to-business) and communications will need to be professional and aimed at our specific target clients. UX Connections work involves researching and designing apps and websites to make them easier to use and more effective for our clients and their customers. The marketing content you produce will enhance our reputation in the market and keep our company in the minds of clients.
The role
The Marketing & Social Media role responsibilities will include:
• Social media content creation and scheduling
• Interviewing and working with our team of UX Consultants to generate thought leadership content
• Measure the success of content and campaigns and report this to the business
• Support the team in daily administrative tasks
• Work with our SEO expert to create content and promote it via social channels
• Written/visual/video content creation and development of sales materials
• Manage and update customer relationship management systems (CRM)
• Cold outreach and prospecting with target clients
Skills and Experience Required
About you
You’ll be an energetic and hardworking personality – someone who is creative, organised and diligent at the same time. Fundamentally, you will have a marketing mindset with great communication skills and an eye for customer trends. You may have just finished a marketing, business or humanities degree, and ideally will have a strong knowledge of different social media platforms, Microsoft applications and Photoshop
This is a UK based role but you may be asked to work for our other offices in Australia, New York or UAE remotely from time to time.
