We’re looking for a Marketing Graduate to join us at an early stage and take ownership of how the brand shows up day-to-day across digital channels.
This is a hands-on, content-first role for someone who can create content and wants to learn how brands grow.
- Designing on-brand assets for social, campaigns, and digital channels
- Scripting, shooting, and editing scroll-stopping video content (primarily for Instagram)
- Owning day-to-day content production and posting across Instagram and LinkedIn
- Supporting and managing Meta ad campaigns
- Identifying, outreach, and managing influencer partnerships
- Negotiating collaborations and tracking performance
Why join Mella 1809
- Be part of a brand redefining an entire category
- Work directly with the CEO and CMO and learn how to build a brand from the ground up
- High ownership and real creative control from day one
- Fast learning across content, brand, and growth
Details
- Full-time, part-time, or internship (flexible for the right candidate)
- Hybrid working, with opportunities to work from membership clubs in London
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma)
- Ability to script, shoot, and edit captivating short-form video
- Strong sense of what performs on social (hooks, pacing, formats)
- Eye for detail and brand aesthetic
- Confident communicator, especially in outreach and negotiation
- Proactive, organised, and quick to execute
- This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone still studying
- Experience is less important than ability, we care about what you can create
