Main Duties

RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock management, packing and dispatching customer orders: 

  • Support order fulfilment at head office, including stock acceptance, product matching, inventory management and ensuring orders are closed after shipping via SAP.
  • Liaise with head office teams, stores, and customer service to resolve order discrepancies and help ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare, gift-wrap and process outbound shipments using DHL, ShipStation, BBX, Excel and SAP, ensuring shipping deadlines are consistently met and help resolve any issues once items have been shipped.
  • Updating bespoke, held short and trunk trackers daily with shipped dates.

 

Coordinating inbound stock shipments:

  • Update and maintain inbound tracker with all ready stock from suppliers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to organise timely and cost-effective shipments to our warehouses globally.
  • Support in ensuring stock is accurately loaded onto SAP and escalating any stock discrepancies or other issues to the Head of Logistics.

Organising and managing the head office post room & reception

  • Front of house– greeting guests to our Head Office and maintaining reception area.
  • Run the day-to-day operations of the head office post-room, managing all courier arrivals and dispatches.
  • Distribute parcels around the office and coordinate scheduled pick-ups and van runs to and from retail stores.
  • Maintain stock levels of e-commerce packaging, gift bags, and stationery, placing replenishment orders when needed.
  • Unpacking and putting away deliveries of stock and packaging items e.g. pallets of boxes, carrier bags, packaging supplies

Skills and Experience Required

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Comfortable working with logistics and inventory systems, with SAP experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with shipping platforms such as DHL, ShipStation, or similar tools.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to liaise confidently with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • A team player who takes ownership of their responsibilities and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of working in logistics/operations, retail or fashion is advantageous, but not essential
