Skills and Experience Required

Are you the right person for the job?

· Experience in finishing and patination techniques is preferred but not essential;

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work;

· Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly;

· Knowledge of health & safety protocols is an advantage, including proper handling of chemicals and PPE usage;

· Willingness to learn and be flexible, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment

What will your role be like?

· Finishing and chemical patination of metals, including painted finishes, gilding, and hand colouring;

· Manage workflow efficiently to meet production deadlines and quality standards;

· Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to address any issues promptly;

· Ensure adherence to electrification processes and maintaining a clean and safe working environment;

· Contribute to improving efficiency and product quality through suggestions and initiatives.
