Main Duties

We’re a lean, global collective firing out strategy-led brands, campaigns and digital products for the likes of PwC, Warner Bros., Zaha Hadid Architects, and up-start founders with big, messy dreams.
Our eight principles: keep it simple, make space for imagination, wield empathy, honour craft, ground every move in strategy, collaborate loudly, embrace the future, and—above all—listen.

Expect frank feedback, zero ego, caffeine-fuelled brainstorms and the freedom to try weird stuff (as long as it works).

  • Craft visual identities that punch through vanilla noise.
  • Build brand worlds: logos, palettes, type systems, icon sets, motion stings.
  • Lay out decks in Keynote/PowerPoint for our pitch-hungry strategists.
  • Design Websites
  • Design (and occasionally animate) social posts, web modules, short video openers, storyboards, and the odd cheeky GIF.
  • Jump into Figma to wire-up responsive site pages and micro-interactions.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, developers and AI tools to turn bright sparks into final assets—fast.
  • Soak up feedback without losing your spark; iterate with intent, not ego.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Comfortable in Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Figma chops for web/UI a big plus.
  • Motion/Video: After Effects, Premiere or Resolve? Lovely.
  • Fluent in Keynote / Google Slides for deck-slinging.
  • Curious about AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway) and keen to experiment without letting the robots take the wheel.
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, colour and hierarchy.
  • A portfolio that shows range—from raw concepts to polished outputs.
  • Positive, proactive, politely opinionated. We share, debate and ship.
