Main Duties
We are looking for a part-time Jewellery Sales Assistant & Permanent Jewellery Welder to join our growing team in London. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone passionate about jewellery, client experience, and learning specialist skills within a luxury environment.
You will support jewellery sales, assist with permanent jewellery welding, and work closely with senior piercers while developing your technical and anatomical knowledge.
Experience with an Orion welding machine or Argon gas is not required — full training will be provided.
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and respectful client service
- Assist with jewellery sales and permanent jewellery fittings
- Learn and support permanent jewellery welding (training provided)
- Observe and support senior piercers during procedures
- Study anatomy, jewellery types, materials, and placement suitability
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold brand standards
Skills and Experience Required
- A genuine interest in jewellery and adornment
- Friendly, respectful, and confident with clients
- Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
- Willingness to learn technical skills and industry standards
- Reliable and available for weekend shifts
- Some basic jewellery knowledge is helpful, but not essential
