Main Duties
Early Records is seeking a visionary and fearlessly innovative graphic designer to collaborate on the visual world of the label and its artists.
The initial focus will be on an album artwork, which will be followed by creating a unified and instantly identifiable visual language across:
- Artist logo
- Artist and label websites
- Label branding visual identity
- Marketing artwork materials
Skills and Experience Required
This role is about creating a cohesive visual language that reflects the spirit, depth, and originality of the music and artist. The work should be fresh, distinctive, and totally, completely, original.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is highly imaginative and creatively fearless
- Creates work that is totally original and unexpected
- Can translate sonic innovation into visual innovation
- Is reliable, communicative, and able to work to deadlines
- Gets how visuals reflect music energetically
- Values resonance as much as aesthetics
- Has genuine enthusiasm for the label’s music
- Has a good heart
This role is about creating a cohesive, distinctive visual language that feels unmistakably its own and is immediately recognisable. The work should reflect the emotional, creative, and energetic depth of the music and artists, and feel genuinely original.
This role has room to grow into an ongoing creative partnership if the alignment is right.
